Captain/Major Harold Ward Correspondence, item 808
- February 9, 2019 01:46:08 Thomas A. Lingner
some week except indirectly through
Dean's people. I hope he is going on
well but should like to hear. I expect
he is rather "fed up" with being in
bed so long.
I don't think I have any more
news Darling. It would be lovely
to be together again and it is such
an age since we last kissed. May
we polish off the Boche this year
so that my duty will be at home
& not in this country. I am all
yours Beloved & I love you very
Dearly. May you be real happy.
I hope you are keeping fit & well.
I am - not the least little bit
war worn - only tired of being away
Give my love to everyone.
Tell Kenneth that Daddy sends him
lots of love & kisses & also that I am
very pleased to hear he is growing
such a big strong boy. All my
thoughts come to you. Heaps of kisses
Darling, a big hug & all my love
Your own Hubby
