No 13

10/12/17

My Own Darling,

Ta for your No 11 & the

letter from Knaresboro. Conditions

are not very suitable for

letter writing so I must send

just a short note & write a

longer letter to-morrow, - when I

hope to be out for our usual

rest. I am very fit & well but

shall be glad to get a change

for a few days - to say nothing

of a decent wash. I received

your parcel ta very much & it

came in very useful when

supplies were none too varied.

The pie served us for lunch

& the cake for tea the next day.

I wish I were with you

I love you Darling.

  Heaps of kisses & all

love

Your own Hubby

Harold
