think I did right to say "Yes Please"?

I believe I shall have to report

on the 12th Nov. but am not

quite certain as to the exact date.

Many thanks for No. 46, received with rations

last night. It would be rather nice

seeing Jack T again. He must be

doing a good day's work. When you

wrote I was doing our usual Sunday

work - moving again. My letters

are somewhat like the Boche shells

if they come in twos & threes - only

I hope they are more welcome. Sorry

you were two days without letters

but we seem to move better

than our field Post Office. Glad

Annie has got someone to do

part of the work - hope she will

be successful & the sewing get

done. I wonder when you will

get away to Heslington? Give them

all my love when you get there

for I shall owe them a letter.

It is time I went out to see

"A" coy company so I must stop soon. It

is lovely to think that in a few

days (compared with those passed) we

shall be together again. I am

all yours Darling & I do want
