have been nine months without.

We are all going strongly but

we don't want the rain to come

just yet. The mud is beyond

description even after a shower

(right behind the lines) arrow indicating this phrase should go after the word "description" so it needs

a very vivid imagination to picture

what it is like where the shells

"plough" the soil to a depth of

several feet. I haven't seen a newspaper

for a couple of days so I don't

know much about the war. I can

hear it still going on. This isn't

much of a letter, but it is to tell you

I love you & want you. I am all

yours Beloved. May you be real happy.

All my thoughts are with you. Kisses

& love for Kenneth & all Love & heaps of

kisses to you Sweetheart.
