My Own Darling Wife,

I am leaving here in an

hour (it is now 8:15 am) to rejoin

the unit. I heard yesterday

that the rest period was over &

that we were moving towards

the end of the week. Thanks to

my long rest here I feel very

fit again - just a tiny bit

of washy feeling now & then

but I shall be as well as

ever I have been when I get

away. We have had some

lovely weather lately & I hope

it will continue.

  I don't think I have any

news - except that I will be glad

to get back among well known

faces again.

  I love you Darling mine

All my thoughts are with you
