could assure you that I was

fit & well & able to take my food.

It is nice to know that he is

not dissatisfied with the work

I have done & its results.

  Yes the course would be good

but probably it will be sometime

before it starts. It is too early

to make plans though of course

it is easily settled that

Grantham & Aldershot are much too

far apart. I think Holmes may

be going along all right now

but I have not heard. I expect he

will write & let me know where he

is shortly & if he is near I will

make time to go over & see him.
