It must be very trying for the

kiddies to have this changeable

weather. Hope it will soon settle into

good summer weather. Last night

I had a round of visits - all

round the line. Went with Dean

& called on Hall, Clarke & Hooper

in turn in their respective

dugouts. We got back in

daylight & turned in at 4 am.

My Company is the Coy in

reserve & we are about 400

yds behind the others so I have

not very much responsibility

after my men are started on

their nightly tasks & so can

wander about.

  Glad to hear you are

keeping so young Darling. Kenneth
