I don't know whether it is the long

days or the shortage of work, but I

seem to have time to read now on

these sunny afternoons so you

might occasionally send me one

of those cheap light novels. Probably

I'll strike on a working period if you

do, but we will risk that.

I am still keeping well & fell

very fit & able to do anything.

Give my love to Maud & John & tell

them I hope they won't miss "my

family" too much. I expect you

will be taking Boy with you

though he has not been in the

news lately. I hope you are

all real well & enjoying the fine

weather. It will be lovely to get

home to spend some time with

you. It seems long ages since
