X  During the period that smoking was stopped, the German

N.C.Os both here and at Cavalier Sch ...  always

took a delight when they came into our rooms or came

into touch with us in anyway, in smoking a big

cigar. There of course they defeated their own ends, for

no man smoking can smell if smoking had taken

place in a room.
