      This is to Certify that Willie Kampen,

son of Alphonse Kampen, of 4 Kemble Str.

Brynmill. Swansea. has been in attendance

at his school from 3.4.22 to 25.6.23, and 

from 27.8.23 to the present time. He is now

removing for permanent residence to Antwerp.

He is a good lad in all respects, and has

just won a Free Scholarschip tenable for 4

years at the Municipal Secondary School. Swansea.

I write this note in the hope that a corresponding

privilege may be extended to him in Antwerp.

The director of Education. Swansea will be pleased
