motored to old No.6 Dump to load
60 wagons with empty cases +
18 pound shell cases, finished
5. am Monday morning, worked
through a thunderstorm
Monday May 14 All day in tent
sleeping or reading. Thunder
showers all day
Wednesday May 16 Went in
motor wagons right up to the
old lines, to pick up empty
18 pound shells. Carried rations
