I was also very pleased to hear that you got good as

a result of your Efforts

I cannot say whether the M T or the SWD would have

provided you  the Best Berth I am enclined to think

that there will not be a great differanc between the

two centers it is in respect to the Location of the

Barracks or Camp to which you are attached thy

will be both governed by the same Rules + Regulations

the same  Red Tape - Simitar Rations - Disipline

somewhat equal - + all Quite foreign to what home

training + Inclination fitted you for but there has

been one thing I I can say when I look back on the

period when my age was what yours is to day that

every difficulty - every disappointment where all stepping

stones to something better + although the situations

are Quite different  The problems to be solved The

objects to be attained are the same to day as they

where then + can only be dealt now as them vry

Decide what your object is going to be make it high

enough (you make may not reach what you aim at but

you will will never get higher than you arr aim)

+ stick on till you get it - Then your friends

will say you are lucky- Is it Luck- ?

In must now close in order to catch post but

will probably write you again on Sunday provided I

hear of the Result of you Test at the M T + in

which I do hope you are Successfull
