  Mary E. Duesbery  is informed that has been granted to with reference to her separation allowance at the rate of 2s./6 d. 

 a week (see notes overleaf) in respect of Ernest Duesbery  

missing On presentation of the accompanying  her certificate of identity No. 0109095

 at the Post Office, both the seaman's allotment (which has hitherto been    

 drawn upon allotment certificate No. R.N.R. 32260 N) and this seperation

 allowance will be obtainable, the total weekly allowance payable in future 

thus being 10    s./ --d.

* As the total allowance will be obtained on the enclosed certificate, the allotment

certificate will in future not be required and should be destroyed.
